Originally from Canada, Kelly moved to Cayman in 2003. She established Lift in 2008 polishing her craft in a private studio, catering to her elite clientele. In 2018 Kelly made the leap and invested in space to create an environment to expand her business, and began building her team.
Over the years she has become Grand Cayman's most in demand colorist, and go to girl for sophisticated low maintenance colors, and effortless style. Kelly's artistic eye for detail paired with her advanced knowledge and color techniques has earned her multiple award nominations, and her work has been featured in numerous fashion and beauty publications.

Natalie Martin
Color Specialist I Senior Stylist
Natalie trained in England, she first moved from home to work in the Middle East. She has now fallen in love with the Cayman Islands and its beach lifestyle inspired hair.
Specializing in lived in color and low maintenance luxury looks. Natalie loves to enhance a clients natural Hair color. Also is most recognized by her bob cuts and long soft layered cuts.

Emily Hewson
Color Specialist I Senior Stylist
Emily’s hairdressing career first started in British Columbia, Canada where she completed intensive training in all areas of the hair service industry. Once completing her training, Emily relocated to Whistler, B.C, where she was a freelance hairstylist finessing her craft. After two years in Whistler Emily then went to Australia, where she worked at a top award winning salon in Brisbane, Australia.
Emily has completed many ongoing education courses, specialising in advanced cutting skills, bespoke colouring techniques, runway styling and salon management courses. Her passion in hair is to create lived in organic styles perfectly suited for island life. Paying close attention to face shape, eye colour and skin tone, Emily is able to create personalised hair for each of her guests needs and lifestyle.

Mari Chaccour
Color Specialist I Senior Stylist
Born and raised in California, Mari began her career assisting celebrity colorists at a top salon in Beverly Hills. Her journey soon led to Grand Cayman, where she trained with Kelly, refining her coloring skills and learning the art of Balayage.
Focusing on a “lived-in” vibe, Mari loves creating customized, low maintenance colors by using both foiling and free hand painting techniques for sun-kissed blondes and rich, dimensional brunettes.
Whether it’s a bold transformation or subtle enhancement, she thrives on the opportunity to help her clients achieve their goals and feel confident. Mari prides herself on having a fun sense of humor to ensure every guest feels comfortable and has a great experience from start to finish
